Terms of service

1. What we provide
TicketReserved.com issues flight reservations held without payment of the fare, and hotel reservations held on a pay-at-hotel or free-cancellation basis, in your name. They are intended as proof of travel plans for visa applications, border checks and onward-travel requirements.
A reservation is not a purchased ticket. It cannot be used to board a flight or check in to a hotel, and it will be released when the hold expires.
2. Subscription
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Your plan determines whether flight reservations, hotel reservations or both are included. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription; access continues to the end of the paid month.
3. Your responsibilities
You must enter names and dates exactly as in the passport and only make reservations for real travellers who have agreed to it. You may not use reservations to mislead any authority about your identity or to obtain anything you are not entitled to.
4. Refunds
If a booking code cannot be found with the airline or hotel, or your visa is refused because of the reservation, submit a claim with proof on our refund page. Approved claims are refunded to the original card. See the refund policy on our homepage.
5. Availability and changes
Reservations depend on airlines and hotels accepting the hold. Hold lengths are set by the airline or hotel and can change. We may change these terms; the version on this page applies.
6. Liability
Visa decisions are made by the authorities alone; we do not guarantee any outcome. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
